Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

you can tell him, 4 days my LWD is extended due to project issues, say that they are unable to release me due to dependencies. 4 days is fine for them
I dont think the date of resignation is mentioned in relieving letter. The date of resignation and LWD will be mentioned in the email confirmation of course. You cannot hide this. And no one will give damn as you are joining the new organising around the expected time.
2. Anyways, reliving letter should be giving once you join the new company. So no worries.
From the company perspective, as you calculated, it's 60 days from them sending offer letter.
So I don't think this is any issue.
no problem bro.
no one care after you join there because you have to submit the experience after 1 month.
you can just say i got the offer before you so i have put the resign and my notice is also extended to 3 months
just convince the HR you will try the best to get early relieving but never edit the documents because any how may be you can miss some point and trap in your mistakes.
so try to negotiate and convince HR always.

No problem at all.
It won't be a problem..chill
You can do one thing.
Tell him that you were already serving notice period and you have served 30 days before you got your OL
4 days will not be a problem... don't worry
That should not be the problem about 90 days notice u served, since u said them after 60 days u can join so it doesn't necessarily mean that u cannot put paper before their offer
Only last day matters and u should have releiving and exp letter
What is company name?
