I have recently received offers (market research: 3.5 YoE) from 2 companies: KPGM Global Services (KGS) and Gartner. Even though I had discussions with a couple of friends about the companies, I was unable to connect with anyone (relevant to the domain) who has adequate visibility into both cos and could guide me on which one to choose based on work culture, appraisals and growth opportunities. I think I am slipping into depression. My life seems to have no meaning and all I do is work. I don't get time for myself or my family, friends and loved ones. But I can't leave my job and take a break as I need the financial support.

I also feel I am earning way less than my peers which makes me feel like a loser. 4.5 years of work-ex and 16LPA.

What should I do? I need good wlb but also need money badly.

I want to quit without a job lined up. My agency is a dumpster fire of incompetent project managers, revolving door of creatives and culture of not holding people accountable amidst a micromanaging gossipy leadership. I just want out. Tell me it is ok and will be alright.

I have a offer from wolters kluwer with 12fixed and 10% variable and 1Lpa JB and I got selected in Innova solutions as well and I came to know they have a good budget
I will be asking for 18LPA Fixed, if by chance I get it , will Wolters revise my offer letter as it being a product based company I am leaning towards them

Hi , I think I asked less CTC for my experience from ey GDS .offer already released one month ago. can I ask hr to increase it now.? My doj is in nov. And currently don't have any offer now.

Lesson learnt:

Never tell your colleagues where you are joining beforehand.
Not all are good advisors, some will ruin your mind with their opinions.

I have got 2 offers -
Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

I have put down the papers from infosys and my LWD is near . I have to choose between DXC with 22 LPA and TCS with 18 LPA . I am a mainframe developer with 11 years of experience.
I have asked TCS to revise the salary but that seems unlikely that they will match the difference.
