Hi Fishes, Has anybody done salary renegotiation with Accenture recently.
I have offer from Accenture and HCL. I dropped mail for renegotiation to HR but they are asking for offer letter? Is it okay to share offer letter or how can not share offer letter and still renegotiate with them?
As it is my first switch, need your guidance.
Accenture Tata Consultancy IBM Infosys Capgemini Cognizant Deloitte PwC EY HCL Technologies
For your tech stack, Nuedesic is best as they are premium partners of Microsoft. Whole company runs on this stack mainly plus they have been acquired by ibm so job security is not going to be a issue. Others i dont know.
But for 5 yrs of experience, please ask for 25 or something from them.
What us role offered?
SC1 starts at 20 I guess. My friend with 20 is Sc1
Except concentrix, you can choose
Bhai any concerns with Concentrix..?
Just asking, so that others can also get benefitted ...
Don’t ever go to Concentrix catalyst ,Zero job security at times and horrible team leaders,It may vary with project though
Thank u for the response. But again one doubt, I got selected after client round, and had discussion with HR regarding job Security, she said we have lots of projects so nothing to worry. So still checking on that.
But once again thanks for the response.
