What will be inhand salary?

Trying to pivot into marketing (my original passion) but heard I might have to lower my salary standards. Is it possible to get an entry experienced hire role for 70k+? Or are there any specific/similar roles where this would be more realistic? I live in New York by the way :)

I got an offer from LTI and also got counter offer. When I told HR about it, he is screaming that we will block you if tou won’t join. Do LTI block if I won’t join them after getting offer? Please help.

End of Year performance bonus is next week, I currently have an offer and a starting date mid Jan with another company, will (current company ) ask for the bonus money back if I leave? Thanks

I am a 5 year experienced developer and am applying for position as a developer in bank. I have cleared the assignment, interview and soft skills. I next have an offer interview scheduled but it’s with the IT chapter lead and the Manager instead of the recruiter. That feels bit weird and I feel they would talk me on a low salary because I am “not so experienced”. I did interview at another company earlier and they refused to pay the salary I asked for because I wasn’t senior enough. Any tips ?

I joined ACN ATCI on Feb 22 on Level 8, yoe - 14.8, fixed - 26 lpa.

Guys i joined Amex in may with 15 months of work ex at 13.5 ctc in band 30 as an analyst. I believe l I’ll get a standard increment of 8-9% for this year. 1) when can i be expected to be promoted to sr analyst within band 30 2) how much increment I’ll get in moving from analyst to sr analyst within band 30

I want to start looking at exit opportunities but want to first prep and be ready for the interviews.

I plan on moving to MBB or to junior PM roles.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Wanted some clarification about TCS salary structure Job level offered is C3B

1) Monthly performance pay is 9.25 percent of CTC. Recruiter is saying this is fixed salary. Is this component always fixed or there are scenarios when company can deduct this? Even if one is on bench, is this fixed?

2) Performance Bonus / Quarterly variable is 12.7 percent of CTC. Is this too high or standard for all people at C3B level?

3) Together both make variable 22% of CTC. Is it normal or too high?

After resignation, when we will get our initial release letter. My LWD was yesterday still I didn't get that??
