Just annoyed with candidates writing entire Data Science ecosystem on their resume, and during interviews even failing to explain bias variance trade off and lacking decent coding background.

I’m interviewing for a few jobs but don’t have an offer yet, and I’m one minor inconvenience away from quitting with nothing lined up. And it’s only 2 PM on Monday.

Worst / most cringeworthy interview question you’ve ever been asked?

Job hopping gets a lot of discussion on these boards, with there being two schools of thought. One school (old school?) says that job hopping is a bad look on a resume while others think it’s the new normal and is fine as along as you can explain the moves you’ve made. I just received a resume for what I believe to be an attractive in house role. Great skill set, but 5 jobs in less than a dozen years. I won’t interview this candidate. Just a data point for camp 2 to consider.

When I apply for new positions at larger Corp companies, the only feedback I get back is my resume is too creative. But I’m applying for creative roles. How do I make me resume less creative ?
