Joined EY India a few months ago in tech consulting and have been working 12 hrs a day + 4-5 hrs on weekends and official holidays too. I regret not having done my MBA from an IVY League B school. I have seen industry and HR professionals being biased towards people from IIMs and so on. While I am currently doing decently well, I can't help feel bad for experiencing the bias in terms of promotions and CTC. Even the new/baby IIMs (some of which I have left to join my B school) are now given more importance. How can I offset this bias?
