If you're charging incorrectly , that's a compliance issue. If you worked on multiple projects to get to that utilization, it is a plus. Although, remember that quality matters , not quantity.
So, the person with 190% utilisation is working as much as 2 FTEs? To a third person, this doesn’t make a positive impact.

From last year onwards Deloitte gave 15 days pto which doesn't affect utilisation, maximum metrics rating is Strong for the same reason people don't overburden themselves for increasing utilisation. This would only get you a strong metrics rating which a 100% utilisation person would also get.
For your own well-being, you should just be around 90-100% utilisation.

It seems your adjusted utilisation is not calculated correctly and it will raise an eye brow. So atleast figure out a reason and inform your coach so that he can put it in his form.
Inform your coach about the reason for such high utilization. They will definitely question because it raised work life balance issues.

Agree. There is not much benefit to have a higher util above your target but such a high utilization will raise more flags. For example, were both the teams aware thst you were also working relatively equal hours on other project. So around 15-16 hours per day(unless you worked over weekend too), how did your coach allow this because I doubt he/she will ever agree to full time staffing on 2 projects. Have a detailed conversation with your coach so that they are prepared to address all this.

So a person working on 2 projects will get extra pay under Transcend benefits but would he get more hike or variable pay as well during year end ?
What is transcend benefit ?
