I am working on weekends and 12 hours per day to complete the deliverables .

7.5 years exp person with close to 35 Lakhs in savings and 2 Lakhs PM salary.

Should i buy a a flat in Mumbai for investment purpose considering the flat i stay in was bought for 11 lakhs and is selling for close to 1.8 CR in Mumbai suburbs.
