I have completed the interview process with Accenture for Procurement Management Role and now awaiting for HR to take on compensation discussion.
I have 4 years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing. My current CTC is 4.3LPA.
Education : MBA in Supply Chain.
My ask was 40% hike on current CTC.

Hi! Would love to receive some input from fellow professionals. I recently received two job offers:

1. Marketing Specialist $60K + $3K sign on bonus, amazing company benefits, flex time off, remote position, great people thus far (starting was $55K for this role) TX

2. Marketing Specialist $67.5K with above average company benefits, accrued hours, in office 3x week, so far people seem nice (starting was $65K) IL

I love the idea of more money but is that always the way to go?? Help please!

1. How much time/ days does the transport team usually take to align cab for new resource?

Recently I had two rounds of interview with KPMG for a content lead role.

The HR, on call, confirmed that I'd cleared the second round and would schedule an on-shore round when the team was available.

Couple of days later, the HR informs me that the position in on hold and they'll call me if something else comes up.

This felt so wrong. Can't figure out if they hired someone prior and were just messing with me? Can I do something here?

Hi, In citi offer letter there is a component called LTA . My doubt is can we make it as 0 and merge with other allowances if incase i don't need LTA or in CITI LTA will be paid monthly and exempted from tax deduction if only i claim for it. Can someone help me on this? How it works in citi bcoz i don't need LTA and if incase it is compulsory@ what happens if i don't claim it?
