This might be a stupid question - how do you get talking to a recruiter? I’ve put in a couple of applications but not had anything back - I’m pretty self aware but genuinely think I’m a very good fit (on paper at least), and feel like talking to a recruiter would help either concretely explain why im perhaps not a good fit, or actually give me a fighting chance amidst a sea of resumes. Any help welcome!

Is it possible to ask for a L4 offer to be up leveled to L5? I have a big compensation disconnect and I’m sure it’s driven by level as the recruiter says they can’t come up any more. Wish I would have known comp and level before interviewing as I would have pushed for the right level to drive the comp I’m looking for….

Googlers, with RTO do you feel like your teammates have been quitting or thinking about quitting? Or are people mostly happy about returning to work? Or are neutral towards it and just doing it? I’m surprised Google is digging it’s heels in given all the negative PR and research on employee sentiment. I know google is such a great brand name that there will be no shortage of applicants even if people quit, but you can’t just have a bunch of new people trying to run your company.
