I really need leave for two weeks. My project does not have long leave policy but it has strict target policy. The last best leave I took was for 4 days only. I really need a long leave so I can have a vacation atleast once. it's been 3 years I worked in my current project. Never taken a long leave. Plz suggest me good ideas. Working from the last 4 years and less salary hike what to do?

My Lead says that my promotion has been raised and is currently pending with HR. I have already started with my new role. Promotion was initiated in October and was supposed to be processed in OND cycle. However I received no acknowledgement or confirmation for the same. How much time would it take for the same? Also how much salary hike am I expecing from this promotion? Will be completing 2 years in March 2022

I have joined TCS last year Feb under BPS( BSC Computers), doing the work in IT project. But i am getting the salary for BPS role even after the one year anniversary literally no change in my in-hand salary.
When I have asked my team manager to convert me to IT role from BPS role she is avoiding the topic ( tried asking 3 times). Also 70% of my senior team members moved out, so work pressure is also increasing.
I thinking of asking for project release. How can I proceed with the this?

I have an offer from tcs for Asst consultant at 25LPA which I got after stellar interviews, but it was a hard negotiation since my current pay was 17.5 And 25 was above TCS standards for most people at 9.8 YOE.

Now Cg has offered retention at 23 LPA to me.

Does anyone know if TCS will go for a further increase of I present them with counter offer i have and indicate that i am preferring retention.
