In TCS salary breakup I found there are 2 component of variable pay one is monthly and 2nd is quarterly both having same digit in breakup. I don’t understand whether I will be getting monthly variable as fixed and QVA as per the quarterly performance of myself team and company.

Nyc Strat/ops/data peeps how much do you think I should make? 2YOE in the strat team at an insurance incubator, delivering strat insights, leading tech integration projects, improving ops efficiency, modeling, creating bi dashboards, creating and executing cx strat, creating and executing training strat, managing data quality and pipeline, uw prop and gl, managing marketing activities, prospecting, handling claims proposition, identifying and supporting partnerships, requirements gathering, etc.

Hi Accenture Pro. I have joined Accenture in last week of March but till now I have not got project or any interview call. Is it normal or usually how much time it takes to get project normally

It's only 3 months I joined an MNC. I'm one of the 20 new members to the team joined recently, so the total team is of 45.

Now, the manager says there's no budget and going to put all 20 on PIP. She says, if during PIP if the performance is good, she'll hold back few.

All the people are working their ass off but I hear PIP is only for termination.

Should I also work hard or start looking for other jobs?
Will I be in bench for other projects or directly terminated with 3 months of pay? 🫠

I'm in monaqo since 5yrs, I just got promoted with 52% hike from 12.5LPA to 19LPA(18Fix,1 V) and increased NP from 45D to 90D. Every year I get hike betwn 20-25%.
Now got offer from freshmenu giving only 25% hike(24Fix,0V) but ready to wait 90D NP. They saying I already got good hike, our budget is only 24LPA, NP is high and we are considering only fixed part. Is it worth accepting offer because of 90days NP?
I'm thinking to stayback due to yearly hike by demanding NP back to 45D

In Deloitte I asked 12lpa fixed + variable. They said consultant role starts with only 3 yoe. So they said 12 lpa is not possible for below 3 years. While I was given designation consultant only.

Need ur valuable suggestion in choosing my next company. I am a CA who is quitting my individual practice to get back to Industry. Am based out of Chennai. 7 YOE. Got 3 offers to decide from:

1. KPMG India Stat Audit - Asst Mgr - 18L (Chennai)
2. Pierian Services - Manager RTR - 18L (Bangalore)
3. KPMG GDC - Senior Associate 2 - 19L (Bangalore)

I have below offers

Qualcomm: 30 base + 8L Joining bonus + 30k$ stocks vested for 3 years + annual bonus(5-20%)
=~49lpa
Mathworks: 30 base + 2L Joining bonus+ quarterly bonus(10-25%) =~35lpa

The only major difference between the 2 is that qualcomm is giving stocks. I have already accepted offer from Mathworks and yet to reply to Qcomm
Considering a lot of negative reviews about Qcomm wlb, i was thinking is the hike even worth it ?
What are your thoughts?
