Can anyone tell me what the salary range is for Monitor Deloitte senior consultants in the UAE? Also I have a SC offer from PwC healthcare (not strategy &) and currently also interviewing with Monitor so according to you all which of the two is better across WLB, growth, culture, quality? Thanks!

Pay women more than men. As women move up, they’re more likely than men to stay home with the kids. Since the total population shrinks (of female experienced consultants, manager level and above), you need to pay more to get a higher share of that shrinking population.
Give double or triple employee referral amount and commission to 3rd party hiring agencies for women employees. It should almost sound crazy to make it work!

Thanks for your suggestion. Just want to understand, a company which is an equal opportunity provider, how can they pay more to women. And how will it help to retain women employee as they move up the ladder? They leave job majority of the times to manage personal responsibilities.
No I don’t think it’s a good idea. You have to prioritize your diversity quotas or profitability. It comes down to “you can’t have it both ways” logic.
