Unless driving is required for the role I think it’s unlikely that the misdemeanors will impact the offer (based on my experience as a hiring manager for a very large financial services firm.)

I think you'll be okay. Generally they ignore anything that's not directly related to the role so you should be fine!

It really depends on the company and the job. In my experience, it’s not an automatic disqualification.

I'm glad it was cleared up. I would think, even if they know what the charge is, an employer that you'd want to be working for would be able to judge you as a whole

As I prepared to file my notice, the partner of the firm called me and asked me to stay. They’re willing to promote me mid year in December and increase salary next year in August. The current offer I have gives 60% pay increase and Partner still can’t match that offer after promotion. Firm leadership says here I have potential to be a partner in 8 years and talk about all the leadership support I have rn which is fair.
