I’m a senior planner leading one brand and there’s a new strategist on the team working on a sister brand. They’ve been asking for every strategy deck I’ve made on that brand as an example to go by to inform the thinking/flow on the sister brand. Also because I mentioned it went well with client when they ask. All for sharing thinking w/ the team & I know we feel imposter syndrome to varying degrees, but I also feel like it’s good for planners to find their own voice/style/flow. Thoughts?

For first class lounges (emirates in dubai), how early can you go in? I think i will skip hotel and just stay in the lounge, do a day tour, come back to lounge and sleep overnight. Flight is the day after so id be in the lounge for 28 hours. Anyone know if i can stay in the lounge for this long ?

Thinking about leaving public for a budget analyst role. I’m a first year senior in tax but I don’t think tax is for me. Anyone have any experience or advice?

I want to quit but I'm not sure what kind of role I want to look into. Would appreciate any advice! The only thing I know is that I don't want to work overtime anymore. I'm a new senior and my main client gave me some good hedge fund auditing experience. I don't like controls or reading into guidances. I'm also not very good with dealing with politics in the office or too much socializing. I liked hedge funds but afraid it'll be very busy as well and lots of politics. Thx in advance for replies!

Currently a staff 2 in audit at a big 4 firm (will be promoted to senior later this year), and I’m curious about switching into FDD. I’ve been seeing the referral plugs in here from all of the FDD folks, but it’s mainly been directed at those with more experience. Should I wait it out to make the switch or would I stand a chance with only 1.5 years of experience?
