My boss just gave their notice (3rd boss in 2 months) and told me to get a new job based on “mud within the executive level” of the organization (~5 years, 2 rebrands, etc). I’ve been there for 18 months. Looking at the recession expected to hit Canada in early 2023, I feel stuck; hiring is slow everywhere but jumping ship now means I’ll be the “last in the door” at most places. How would you navigate this? The decision will be made either way, but ideally I could move into something better.

Good evening. I am currently a physical therapist, but burn out is coming on hard. Could Amazon please have a "ship by" date option? Would make gifting and certain other types of purchases easier.
Would love to be able to pick out something nice I've seen, schedule the shipment to arrive on a certain specific day out in the future (weeks or months ahead) and be done.
