Also, I did mtech from IIT hyderabad (M.Tech in data science) which helped me alot in data science career.

If you’re looking for WLB, then it’s Google. With google, you rest and vest. All the others have a low WLB. Uber can be hit or miss in terms of WLB. No Amazon. Microsoft can be good. I would say it’s a toss up between Microsoft and Google. Meta will definitely pay more but WLB will not be better than Google or Microsoft.

Congrats for getting offers from the top companies..Since u are a DS and you are in talks with Meta.. I say go for Meta as it has more research opportunity as they have Meta lVerse coming up in couple of years. You will be part of one of the best ever technology. Am not sure about WLB but just go for the best one..

Microsoft is paying you less, for Senior Software Developer, you should get around 65lakhs. 25 is the starting base salary for sde2 there.
