I submitted you at 150K base. I feel like I'm lowballing big t and want to go back and say 180K base with over 200K+OTE - thoughts pls!

Looking for input . My company's policy has always been to pay out on rollover PTO when you leave the company. My last day was Jan 8th, and I had 10 days from 2020 I was supposed to be paid on. I talk to my manager and a VP in HR, and they both confirmed I would be paid on the PTO in my Jan 15th paycheck. However, I was not paid and when I emailed about it I was told there was a PTO policy change in April of 2020 and the company no longer pays on carry over PTO...
