I have an offer as Technical Manager in Mindtree India . I have about 14 years of experience in Java application development and mentoring and team leading. They said it is an onsite role with Mindtree Germany . My India salary is decent as per Indian market standards.Any idea how much will they offer me as Germany salary for the onsite role? Looking for help and input! I am a second year associate at a very small firm in Michigan. I am currently making $60k and have not received a raise since I started at this firm over a year ago. Serving notice period, 43 days left at Wipro. HR and my Manager is not responding properly. Manager did not nominate me for B2 promotion. HR said she will match the salary.
