Currently I provide EHR support for roughly 200 plus clinical employees (providers, a laboratory and supporting clinical staff) alone. I also manage the iPads given to all clinical staff (hardware troubleshooting repair, purchase &EHR software). I also train new hires. I currently make 68,000 annually. I have an offer from KPMG, and I am in talks with collabera, they are offering about 35% hike which will be 100% hike from my current ctc, while KPMG offers 65% on my current ctc.

KPMG is a research and stakeholders management role and collabera offers strategy role including working direct with VP.

I know the company is pretty small when company to KPMg, should I proceed with the interview?
