I am currently interviewing for IN4 role for ios app development at Walmart. I have completed my technical rounds and am about to have a salary discussion. All my rounds went well. What should be my salary expectations that I should put forward in the HR round.

Current CTC: 20LPA(19.5 fixed)
YOE : 7 years

Also how would be the opportunities for on-site and growth in ios development at Walmart

My colleague at work who’s in the junior parallel role / receptionist just drives me crazy. As a Marketing specialist, I oversee our social pages + following on requests from there. So I started a new job a few months ago at an agency. Though my work performance is good I have been extremely stressed and anxious nonstop since day one. The work pace and load is significant. In Pepsico, project/product development will start from scratch. Though JPMC is an established brand name. Which company should I join? Any suggestions and advice are most welcome.

More of a gut check than anything but I’ve noticed a trend. People say they want to work in tech, but what they really mean is they want to work at Google, Microsoft, or AWS. If people actually wanted to work in technology you would see a lot more people trying to get in to firms like Akamai, Databricks, PANW etc. The other day I saw someone comment “I have an offer from Cisco but don’t know if they’re big tech”… Theyre one of the biggest digital comms providers on the planet, how are they not??
