Hello Nooglers, is it possible to internally switch at Google from TSE (AI/ML) to core ML domain? If yes, how and how much time a person would require to work at TSE position? I received interview call for TSE position so I was wondering if this could be a possibility or not.

How do I launch an insurance agency?
Context: I just started a sales role 3 months ago State Farm. It’s my first time ever doing sales. Huge success so far, (nothing extravagant yet), but it’s only been 3 months. I’m currently selling 50+ policies a month.
I know sales isn’t everything it takes to start an Agency. Where should I try to pursue growth before starting an agency?
Follow Up Question: Is my boss hyping me up or is 50+ policies a month pretty good?

There are many ways to find freedom from addiction; this is the path that has worked for me and countless others.
I couldn’t imagine a life without my addiction (alcohol), and I also couldn’t image life continuing to live in my addiction. 3.5+ years of sobriety later, I can confirm that the former is much preferable to the latter. I couldn’t do it alone, and I’m glad I don’t have to.

Switch now, no reason to stay in a service line you don’t want to be in. Also the earlier you switch the less responsibilities you will have, which you can use to really learn the ins and outs of your practice. I switched after my first year, and already up for promo in my new practice. My only regret is not sketching sooner
Not at all, feel free to dm
Internal transferring is easier than external- simply reach out for coffee once we’re back in the office and network (network for external too). I’d recommend you have at least two busy seasons under your belt before transferring internally or externally. Also research internal trainings for the group you’d like to join (e.g., if it’s FDD I’d look for QofE, Debt-like, Working Capital analysis etc.)
Internal transfer is a pain of a process from personal experience and also some of my colleagues. Seems like groups are more apt to hire externally.
One year, and then transferring to deals? Yeah okay sorry not gonna happen
Happens all the time externally. Especially this year with such a high need.
