But if you are asking for the leave policy, it is approximately 31 days (EL+CL+SL) at KSDC + 12 days firm wide holidays and your year end thank you leaves are extra on top of all this. 4. If i am not mistaken, shift allowance is very hard to get, and they attach a lot of claused to it. But they do give 400 per night if you meet the required criteria and obtain the necessary approvals. You will get 150 USD whenever you take consecutive 40 hours vacation leave. Likewise you can claim this reward 4 times till June 2022. 4. Coming to shift allowance. For WFH Morning shift - 500 (No meals) Evening shift - 1000 ( No meals) Night Shift - 1000 (No meals) If you work from office you will get 200 additionally for meals for all the shifts along with the above mentioned amount.

Since you’re joining Advisory and MC and I’m also from same will try to answer this 1. WFH - on time allowance - no bills needed, comes with your first month’s salary - grossed out amount of 18500 2. Mobile phone policy does not exist in BAC, only got KAC, no phone allowance, but you will get extra 1000 per month as Internet allowance on top of your salary, again no bills needed. 3. Vacation reward of 150 dollars to anyone who takes continuous 40 hours leave - a weeks leave basically. You have to apply leave for this through some given specific link - keep that in mind. 4. Now shift allowance - I’m not sure why you’re asking, have they told you that you will be part of a shift if yes then shift allowance can easily be claimed, you don’t have to worry if you’re entitled to it
As of now they have not informed anything about shift. They said if you work in other time, then you will get shift allowance. Anyways thanks for clarifying.

I've also heard that they are providing permanent wfm to employees , is this true ?
I got an offer from SDC Bangalore which WFH, they have tagged me to Bangalore location as per the offer. However HR confirmed on the email this will be work from anywhere. My question is can it change in the future once corporate decides to change the policy, also will the email conversation be taken seriously?
