Recently Store Managers have been offering me jobs from different locations but same company in my town. The company is T-Mobile. It’s going to be my first job. I have a couple questions for any former/current employees. Is it better to work for T-Mobile, metro by T-Mobile, or a third party T-Mobile? Any difference in benefits or wage? Thanks
Does anyone at Rutgers know where I can find a flexible part-time job for students on campus? I only found two campus positions on handshake and haven’t heard back from either yet. I feel like there has to be a lot more out there than what I’ve seen on handshake
Something similar to the digital classroom support specialist or tech help desk would be great. I consider myself tech savvy

Given it’s mid summer and the consulting groups already have their interns, you should look for smaller companies or startups either remotely or in your college town to intern for now! Since you already have several years of experience, I’d see if you can lock down a contract role or something with flexible hours so you can work 20/30ish hours a week in tandem with your last class.
Start networking to alumni from your colleges in consulting firms you’re interested in, follow the companies you are most interested in and applying for full time consulting roles when they get posted (I’d start looking primarily in August/September for the Winter 2022 and Spring 2023 start dates).
Most major consulting firms require a degree in order to start, so the likelihood of you starting with a large, established firm immediately prior to graduating is fairly low. I think your best bet is to focus on practicing casing (especially if you are interested in MBB) - Victor Chen is a great place to start if you’re not familiar with the frameworks. Also, any kind of quantitive skills you can focus on in Excel and data visualization prior you haven’t covered in your advertising classes will give you a leg up.
Thank you so much. This is a very thoughtful response. I appreciate the time you spent! 🙌🏻
This was very insightful thank you
