Do you have a particular company or industry you're looking to work with/in? That would be a good place to start. LinkedIn is a pretty good resource for searching for remote jobs, but again, if you have an idea of who you are trying to target, you can go directly to the source to see their openings and apply.

I agree, LinkedIn seems to be the best place for job searching. A lot of the times my connections will like or share job listings that I wouldn't necessarily find on my own which is really helpful beyond doing a basic search on there.

Maybe Fulcrum Digital?

LinkedIn is the best source honestly, as is internal job postings for companies you like. Personally, I've had a harder time immigrating with bigger companies (bigger talent pool, less likely to sponsor) versus mid-sized and smaller companies

For my 401k I have a section that shows Roth contributions and earnings. I have a different section that is labeled “nontaxable balances” and just shows Roth contributions. The Roth contributions number is smaller than the Roth contributions and earnings (which is expected since my contributions have grown). But why aren’t my Roth contributions AND earnings showing in the nontaxable balances section?

Hi All! I have a valid & stamped H1 until Mar'22. Planning a vacation to home country (India) in Nov/Dec as I don't have to worry about getting it stamped. My employer would probably file for extension sometime in Nov. I guess I'm still ok to return to the US on my current Visa/797? There's a chance the extension might get approved during my stay there & I might not get that new 797 mailed to me. Can that create an issue in immigration if I just show the current stamp/797? TIA!!!

I’m really exhausted and feel that taking time off to recover might be treated like a failure to deliver :( and while I’ve been working way too hard, seems like I’ve not been able to network well to apply to newer roles. Any of you here that took time off from work to just recover and prepare for your exit? Tips please!
