I work at a small agency. I asked for a raise and was told you can get one in a few months if you do X,Y,Z but also keep in mind you make (on the low end of) what your position should make.

Spent the entire last year working solid 65+ hour weeks across delivery, BD work, community of practice, mentoring, etc, to try to craft the perfect story. On January 1, I weighed 262 lbs; a week later, I realized my weight was having some real impacts on my life, so I decided to do something about it. Have lost about 1% of my body weight every week since, and I'm at 218 today. Based on height and build, I'm no longer overweight for the first time since college.

I feel I could not clear it as HR gave m the feedback that interview said I am working on a support project in Infosys. There are other things as well in feedback but this was something strange.
