Tax 1.5L PF+.5L NPS+1L Rent in name of parents

What will be 

1 monthly expense for a family of 2(me & wife) in Pune?

2 my monthly in hand?

3 Travel expenses between Pune & Gurgaon 3 times a year?

Should I resign based on the above offer or not?

Is committed pay any different from the previous variable pay (that was 10% of the gross salary)?

I heard that people would be paid the whole variable amount now, irrespective of performance (amount depending on the no. of months they have worked in Fractal in that FY). If that is the case, it is quite less than what I estimated. Am I missing anything?

I have worked as customer service advisor in TCS for over 3 years. My last ctc in TCS was 240000rs pa but in BT the HR has sent me an offer letter of 250000 cts. As I'm moving to a new role in a small company, I have a doubt about my salary structure like the Basic salary part is only 20,000 while my take home is 62k after all deductions.

I'm concerned because the leave encashment & other things totally depends on the basic salary.

Are there not any rules for the Basic salary to be at a certain % of CTC or it depends totally on the company?

How are non-market (comp) Amlaw100-200 firms going to survive the associate salary hikes? I’m at an Amlaw100+ firm and our comp is about 25% under the new market for junior/midlevel and up to 40% under for seniors. We have tons of work and NO associates left to do it. Many (if not most) associates have jumped to market firms and no laterals to replace them. How will this place survive with no foreseeable associates and (allegedly) no plans for raises?
