Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.
Is rolled off from project common in CG ?
I was hired 4 months back for specific project , was working from very 1 week of hire, now i am going to move to bench. Though i am happy but i also very worried as how much time it take to find next project, if i will get project as per tech i want to work.

Totally depends on ur current CTC..Still 15 lpa should be ok.
It seems kind of low DOE. To me, 21LPA is appropriate

YOE*3 i.e. 21LPA is you can ask for. But also depends on current pay
Let me walk u through as I had offered by LTI for exact 7yrs exp having 2 offers in hand was not very high as they donot have much budget for a particular position as they couldnot come up with a over the counter offer from what they offered me by a good margin which is not even 30thousand yearly... lol
lets say ...If u have a 10lpa ctc then maximum 30 to 40 percent of ur ctc they would offer u as they dont have approval mostly from higher ups than that.... because of which after a months discussion they couldnot counter my other offers...
This is good to know. So, 30-40% higher than your current is as much as they can go?
