Update! No one seems to be filling out the tracker, so I’m creating a tracker to track tracker updates.

Thanks for your efforts. We’re not making progress as fast as expected. Can you get us daily status reports going forward? We’ll send the additional metrics we want to track on an hourly basis on Monday.

We probably need some meetings - maybe even a workshop - to figure out how to get more productivity out of the team. Obviously there’s a chunk of analysis that needs to be done to figure out how people are spending there time and why project works isn’t progressing as planned.

“Reviewing work products” - you mean doing their normal jobs, like client functional leads are normally laid to do?

I am definitely on your project. Yes I will grab some time on your calendar on Tuesday so you can explain to me the different colors again.

I’m afraid to admit this to anyone else but I’ll post it here. This year was hard on me financially. I changed jobs, moved cross country, took a Bootcamp, and had a ton of medical expenses. All said and done I had to sell $10k from my non-retirement investments and I’ll sell another $5k by years end to have an even cash flow. The upside is my net worth grew by 9% due to the market. Should I be hard on myself for having expenses > income, or is this just life?
