I am working as an Contractor at Zs Associates from my parent company HCL technologies. As per offer letter my probation period is 12 months and notice period is 3 months.I want to switch to another organization but they need someone who can join early.
There is anything I can ask HCL technologies to early release me ?

Ladies, do any of you find it hard to have quality sleep while stressed? In theory I could still have 7 hours sleep but since I’m stressful from work, my brain is also so active, I couldn’t fall in sleep quickly even very exhausted and wake up multiple times in night. Hi all, I’m looking to re-enter the workforce. I had to take a career pause @ the beginning of the pandemic because I had a child. I have 5+ years of experience in life science (bench top, pathology in a hospital, startup, and most recently clinical research). Hi everyone. I have had several pregnancy losses. After lots of testing I now know why I keep having miscarriages, and I sadly can't ever carry to term. In a nut shell, we had baby #1 without trying. Started trying for #2 and over 2 years, I had 4 miscarriages and 2 ectopics. In July, my doc informed me that the only way forward was through IVF. I was tired and confused. I PRAYED! and continued trying. (The rest in the comments.)

Cleared my first round in HCL on 24th Feb, Second round on 4th March, HR discussion on 8th March, another HR discussion (CTC negotiation) on 24th March. Everytime I am getting a response that CTC is awaiting delivery approval. Now HR is not responding to my calls/mails. I have requested many times to provide status even if it's rejected, but no response at all.

I had a technical discussion for HCL on 3rd Oct. It's been more than a week. I still haven't received a status on that interview. I have also received a "Resume shortlisted" mail from their careers app after a week.
Does it mean I'm selected? There's no intimation of the status at all. The HR don't reply on mails/calls.
