I’m over my company. I just recently got passed over for a promotion to a level 8 manager position. Weird thing is it is for the team I am on. How much does a rating effect hike? Is it just affecting bonus or hike has a role in the ratings you receive as well ?

Got an email from BCG in response to my application saying that they have essentially stopped processing experienced hire applications until late Q1 2022, but that they liked my profile and will contact me again then.
