I got an offer from tcs recently fr 15 LPA for Devops Engineer role. I just want to know if I can get wfh as i have a small baby. Is it possible in tcs? Also plzz suggest some companies which are giving permanent wfh.

I got offer from natwest on sep 20 and i got mail regarding Pre employment screening on 22 September and from my side i uploaded the all documents to the verification and one of the executive visited my present address for back ground verification on 28 sept.till now i didn't get any mails regarding completion of PES.can anyone explain me that how many days it will take for the process.

PWC offered 23+2JB+2(assuming bonus at 10%) for 5yoe. And I'm getting 27-28 from other service based companies. However I'm confused if I should go higher fixed ctc or brand name, ie PWC. Thoughts?

Producers: myself and other freelance editor friends have a question we’re struggling with. Why do people so often reach out and ask us for holds with no information what the project is? A lot of us won’t give 1st holds without making sure it’s something we are interested in so this seems like a lose-lose for all of us. I dropped my papers on 30th June (Thursday) after informing my manager that I'll be doing so.

I got a resignation acknowledgement email the next day, but after that, nothing. Is there any intermediate step I'm missing out on? Or do we simply sit ducks till they reach out?

Also, who do I discuss with for an early LWD / buyout? My manager or the HR?
