I am still waiting for this round. Everytime i try to connect with them they say its in process and will call soon. Should I continue to wait or should i move on..

1. Deloitte:- 12lpa role:- analyst
2. EY:- 12 lpa
3. Wissen:- 16 lpa fixed role:- SDE
4 Altimetrik:- 16 lpa (still negotiating), role :- SDE

I need to join any one organization on immediate basic as my DOJ is near.
Total YOE:- 3 Yrs
Role:- Java developer

Both Altimetrik and wissen has good tech-stack. Could you please help me in deciding which offer should I accept?
