Hi. I got offer as Associate (Technology). In Hr round. They said I'll be getting 10-25 % variable pay of my CTC. But it isn't mentioned anywhere in the offer letter. Any inputs on this?

Designation : Senior technical team lead
Yoe : 4.7 years
Tech stack: SAP ABAP/ ODATA
Bit scared about the role they offered.
