What holiday party did you get?
Anyone living close to an office, got a holiday party with food and drinks, and the venue started open for them until around midnight. Our remote workers got a one hour party w a DJ and trivia that let you win gift cards. Yeah it was nice to win a gift card but I found it lame in comparison to hanging out with my team in real life.

NYC people- what do you miss most? I miss my daily Starbucks runs...not quite the same caffeine vibe when I'm wfh.

I finally got diagnosed with ADD, inattentive type, at 28 years old. I’ve known I had depression and anxiety for years, but the symptoms and treatment never added up. It took WFH in a pandemic to realize maybe I had ADD, and still months of being dismissed and made to feel like I was crazy before I found a doctor to administer the MMPI. I feel validated, finally, but I can’t help feeling grief too over so much lost potential and unnecessary failure, especially in law school and my career.

Hey all! after many years abroad I've taken the crazy decision to try and move back to Italy. I'm in contact with a couple of international companies (from startups to enterprise) that may be willing to hire me for a Customer Success Manager remote role based in Italy even though they do not have an entity in Italy. I'm looking for insights / personal experiences from people that may be in a similar position. The biggest doubt is if it's viable to manage it via a B2B (partita Iva) agreement.

Definitely the wrong forum to talk about this, but I have no friends or a support system. Anyone else still dealing with their sexual abuse trauma? I was abused by people in my family, and growing up my coping mechanism was to pretend it didn’t happen so as to not rock the boat or make things awkward in an otherwise happy extended family. But I’ve realized off late that I still haven’t recovered and these scars are too much for the human heart to bear.

Quick feedback. I am a new joiner in PWC kolkata AC. I wanted to understand the addition of dependents in medi claim policy. I heard we can add upto 7 dependents free of cost. My question is does Pwc deduct anything from salary for adding dependents? Or is it over and above employees ctc?

As I completed one of the certifications part of the "Certification reward Program", I got a mail in April last week that I would get this amount on 31st May.
