Hi I got offer from Data bricks and In the offer it is mentioned that I will get some RSU for Vesting period of 4 years?. Do anyone know what criteria in which i can convert the stocks into cash at end of 1st year. However, i got an information that the company is still not on IPO or Public yet. Any future thoughts if company going public. Also company do offer gym allowance every month, will be provided on the basis of giving gym bill every month or it is provided without any documents. HELP!.
