I had an interview at Tcs today for the role of automation Testing. Both managerial and technical was taken at once by the same guy. It went very well. But they didn't provided any confirmation on the hr round, just checked my I'd at the last. Does anyone knows what to do in this situation , and anybody faced the same.

Note:I have already mailed the hr asking when will be my hr round.

Anyone who has had two remote jobs. How did you go about it? I will of course ensure there’s no conflict of interest. But practically did you update your linked in? Just not say anything to either or the companies? Ideally I’d like a contract position where I can work outside of business hours for a side gig but it seems easier to just find another ft job.

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs. Does anyone have experience or advice?

I am around 3 months into my current role and it has a probation of 6 months. The appointment letter does not state anything about notice period within the probation. I am located at Toronto, ON. Canada . I got an offer but the employer wants immediate joining.

I was recently selected for Data Privacy role in Wipro. I have not negotiated for the salary yet but I will be next week. I just want to understand what is the market value of a data privacy lawyer/analyst with 3.5 years of experience? They will be offering somewhere around 8 but I am aiming for 12!
