I gave my final round MD Interview with Accenture Strategy last Monday but haven’t heard anything ever since. The interview went well, IMO and she mentioned HR would come to me with next steps. Is anyone in a similar situation, would be great to connect with people who’ve interviewed with Accenture Strategy?

As far as reviews go- does everyone check Glassdoor and indeed before applying? I’ve had a couple companies reach out to me but they’re a 3.6 or 3.4 and doesn’t really spike my interest. I usually try and work for companies that are at least a 4.0 so I have some sanity left at the end of the day.

I’m new to Kirkland & Ellis (corporate group) and have planned a two-week trip to Europe for my honey moon in June 2022. How realistic is it that I’ll be fully off work and no one will bother me? Hello folks, I have 5.2 years of experience into Salesforce development and TechM was offering me 11 lpa ctc 5 months back....For some reasons, I was compelled to join CTS which offered me only 9.6LPA. Now I realise that I am being underpaid and also I see no growth in the kind of project I am working with here in CTS.... I have an offer of 14 LPA. How much should I ask for if CTS plans to retain me?? Please help me with this.... I don't have any clue of the retention policies here in CTS..

I am joining a post-IPO company with an ESPP and an option to pay cash to cover for taxes on RSU grant. This company has grown incredibly over the last few years and trading at several times it’s revenue. I want to bet on the company but not too much. What’s more lucrative, pay taxes for RSU vest with cash or enroll in ESPP(15% discount). Don’t want to do both.
