b) Fixed Component : 10.6L
c) Performance bonus/VP : 1.84L
d) CTC : 12.5L

My current CTC is 3.5L and tech Stack is Core Java, Spring boot and Sql.
YOE: 2.1 Years

Can you please guide me with which offer to choose between these 2 and why?
