New firm is about 10 mins. from my house and has a billable requirement of at least 1,650. I’ve got an older pup and have been considering getting a younger pup to be his little brother for a while. Need to vent for a minute. I am a middle school librarian. I service 5-8 grade students. My library ran smooth as ice cream this past year. I made my own classes and times students were allowed to check in out books. I serviced a grade a day and on Fridays everyone was allowed to come get books. We have new administration and this year I have class periods and one planning period like a regular teacher. I have 27 students in each class. " Ridiculous." Has your library changed?

In your opinion, what does sales enablement mean, and how does it function between sales and marketing? The space is still so new that it seems you hear a different definition with each person you ask!

I tired to switch the company for Growth & Learning, Got 60k + WFH offer. My current company matched the offer (60k + WFH). The company helped me a lot in my bad times (Covid, Mom's illness, my operation etc).
Can I think of switching the company after 6 months and expect 90k-100 from the next company?

I'm working as Assistant Manager with lowest Salary that a Assistant Manager with 6+ years of experience. It's more of like a fresher or an analyst salary. I have been constantly approaching my manager but the only thing I hear is he will talk with HR and our AVP. The work culture is also more than 12hrs a day. I'm losing interest bcos of low salary and work load, I have a family to take care but the survival is too difficult.
