Is it right decision for me to take IT opportunity?

When you leave, does it make a difference to companies if you made it through at least a busy season as a senior or just that you have the title? I did have some experience this year as an A2 where I split some of the senior responsibilities with the manager. However, I’m worried if I leave before busy season, companies will see that as really just being an associate.

Federal Register confirms 2023’s 8.7% COL increase. Associate at Ogletree and my expected 2023 base salary will NOT reflect a full 8.7% increase from my 2022 salary. So I’ll effectively accept a pay cut IF I stay with OD in 2023. Also seems to mean my added yr of seniority/experience is effectively not accounted for in 2023’s salary. Career advice needed: I'm at $140K per year and have 40% equity in a company. I will only get the remaining 60% equity if our company is bought or goes public. But I can walk away now and keep my 40% equity.
I got approached by a competitor who will pay me $186K per year (so more than a 30% increase) and will also offer me equity that won't fully vest for 4 years (so essentially 25% year 1, 25% year 2, etc.). I won't get any actual money from this equity unless they are bought/go public.
