Bhai wait till first week of june, and agar Retention bonus nahi lia hai abtak which I doubt to turant switch karo. Agar lia hai to start prepping and plan karo ke retention time tak Notice period ovwe hi jae . You are undrpaid here man. I am seeing 5 yrs of exp. guys joining at 15 LPA fix in deloitte. Which piss me off that why are we paid in peanuts who are staying here.

You're not alone is what I'd like to say. Deloitte really under pays people who stay here longer. I'm at 11 lpa after 5 yrs😐

Main problem is that there are very few openings in my current technology. Out of the 10 openings, 8 will be from Deloitte ☹

Depends on your priorities. If you are happy with ur current pay and work then no harm in waiting for your promotion. If you need pay rise then switch. 2 yrs is long time in Deloitte and no guarantee u ll get promoted at ur milestone year

How this low bro? One of my frnd at consultant 1st level, with 3 years of experience is getting 12L ctc with 10L fixed. As compared to it yours seem too much under paid.

20% variable is in Deloitte india not USI.. there is some difference in the pay structures between the two.

Anyone left consulting for tech startups? I have an offer in a tech startup as a Customer Success Manager, and on a high level I get that it's about upselling/growing customer accounts. I’ve been seeing this a lot more recently and just had to make a thread about it. I refuse to believe that anyone on here has actually been asked to work a 100hr week. People come onto this thread with legitimate questions and concerns and I just see people trying to scare them out of public which inevitably makes it worse for everyone else who sticks around. Even an 80 hour week is debatable and that is the absolute top. Stop trying to be an attention getter. We work, but not 24/7.
