In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. It recently came to my attention that I’m billing significantly more than is strictly required of me and also more than the attorneys are required to bill (and what they actually bill lol). I have a offer from Quebec, Canada as a Senior Frontend Developer(Angular) with yearly base salary of 100k CAD plus 14k CAD as Equity.

They are offering relocation package for both me and my spouse (she can apply for open work permit there).

I will be having a restricted work permit.

My Current CTC in India is 16 LPA.

Also they are asking me to join remotely till my work permit comes.

Should I go ahead or wait for the work permit ? Is the offer enough to sustain there ?

Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. They have stopped my appraisal as well...

So in total, I lost my appraisal money, bonus and Earned Leaves money... I feel betrayed and cheated...
