What to wear for google onsite interview? Would love to hear what would be appropriate given their casual dress code but still look polished for an interview!

I have been in a project since 7-8 months as functional consultant (though i was hired as a BA) yet no work has been given to me. Not even KT has been conducted yet. My seniors also don't initiate or engage much unless i poke them. What should i do? And if i try to switch at the end of my contract what will be the impact of this scenario in interviews?

The agency never provided a creative recommendation based on discovery for us to approve, they just started putting together messaging after holding a handful of interviews with our former leadership team. Having been on agency side this seems crazy to me, but I’m unsure how to approach feedback to the agency since I was on the media side, not creative. Any advice?

I recently got interviewed at Salesforce for position of Lead Automation Solutions Engineer and they extended an offer. FYI,I did some initial negotiation and the package looks like this;
Total Pkg - 255K(Base - 136K,MBO - 9K,Commision - 49K,RSU - 60K/4year).
Is there any room for negotiation or did I already hit the roofline?

Does anyone else struggle when communicating with their exec? Mine is someone who you need to ask lots of questions to because they change their minds every second but then they don’t respond when I ask. I’ve tried to have daily catch ups but they’re always cancelled and I just feel so unmotivated, like no matter what I can’t do a good job, so why even bother?
