Hello fishes,
I have recently joined Accenture and have experience in working with DSP/Syniti ADM data migration tool for the past 3.5 years. Now I am thinking if I can continue working on the same tool or if I can move to SAP BODS (not yet assigned to any proj and didn't receive any training on bods yet)
Which ETL tool is better in terms of growth, pay, demand and scope? Pls pour in your suggestions. TIA

Look up your company or similar companies and roles in RepVue and Glassdoor. This will give you a range of what you can expect. Also good to identify if it’s managing SDR, Customer Success or AE’s as this is another variable.

Depends what the full OTE is. I recently stepped into a sales director role in a MCOL and have a 100k base, 20k/quarter bonus (can be more or less, depending on what % we hit our goals). I was offered a 90k base and 15k/quarter bonus, but I negotiated.
I oversee 2 different teams currently. In total, those 2 teams only have 6 people, and I’m about to at least double that number in the next 6 months.
Before making any move, you should do a through research about average salaries of the people working in similar positions.

Yes ask for more. Then if you want to you can use that to renegotiate at your current role. Get the offer in hand and then decide what to do.
