Just finished successfully passed my second IAD (investment advice diploma) exam expect to have the third within 2 weeks, have three years relationship management experience at associate level and 2 at analyst level and have multiple degrees (been really fortunate) I want to head into the wealth manager position/junior banker. I’m very disappointed with my 2.5% raise considering inflation, my good review, and all the extra effort I put in this year for a good raise. Should I ask for more?

Am I the only one that feels like we should have our student loans forgiven? (And I used to be adamantly opposed to ANY student loan forgiveness)
