Any folks that passed the CPA with Ninja only???
What do you do when you work for a company that has been acquired and everything changes? Everything is remote so there is no in person meetings, we are so busy they have taken all team meetings away and have mandatory overtime. We have lost so many people and I feel that the ones that have stayed are not being appreciated AT ALL! They are not providing ANY type of incentive for the ones who do show up and EVERYONE is getting burnt out. I am looking for another job outside of company.Empower Retirement

I managed to secure an interview for JP Morgan Chase. This is for Asset & Wealth Management Global Private Bank Analyst program 2023. I ask my recruiter and he revealed me some info. This is a single interview session of 2 hours before getting any offer. I will face 5 interviewers. This will be all behavioral. For people who got into JP Morgan Chase, do you have any tip for me to pass this interview for this entry level role? JPMorgan Chase

Thoughts on account executive roles at Google?
Framer X is the newest shiny object. If as D1 says you’re user experience chops are foundational, journeys, research, user testing, UX strategy, design, you could excel at prototyping complex interactions. Nothing makes a GCD salivate more than going into a client meeting with a proof of concept that sells in the idea. If Framer is too code centric. Invision studio, figma or principal.
Research. Journey mapping. Usability testing. If you want to advance as a UX designer, those kinds of soft skills will help you a lot.
that would be smart to be proficient in beyond Sketch/ Axure/ InVision— more like adobe apps for showcasing interaction, coding in a specific language to help inform decisions, or something along those lines? I really want to invest time in growth topics, but don’t want to go too deep down the pipeline if it won’t be directly (or semi-directly) beneficial. Any ideas would be so helpful! Thanks so much!!
Thank you so much!! Good suggestions. Haven’t heard of Framer X before, but I’m on it. :)

Well, firstly, do you want to be a better interaction designer, or a better experience designer? Your post suggests you’re focusing solely on screens and maybe other UIs.
Hey Deloitte 1: experience designer for sure! I’m 3 years deep, so foundation-wise I think I’m pretty set. I’m just at a loss for what software-based skills will set me apart or help me be more informed, beyond the things I learn while on the clock. Truthfully coming into the post pretty blindly and was hoping some more experienced XDs could share software or additional knowledge that have made them better at their jobs.
Look out for design+code tutorial coming out next week. Not a lot of documentation out yet
