I’m moving to Nashville Metro Area, TN and applying to solely Data Engineering Jobs (I have a total of 3 yrs exp & want to get back to it). Anyone have any good recs/websites/tips for estimating salary at this location? I’ve tried the popular websites like levels.fyi, glassdoor and indeed but I find that the ranges differ a lot.
I was selected in TCS in May 2022. Had accepted the offer but didn't complete further process(BGV and all). Now I am getting innumerous numbers of calls daily from TCS to attend the interview. So I attended one yesterday and got selected as well.Now they're asking me to complete profile on TCS ibegin portal. But it is saying duplicate profile found(due to PAN no.) as I had already accepted offer few months back from some different email id. And my profile is still there in the system. What should I do?

Larsen & Toubro Infotech I m having one offer from Nagarro and second one is from atos with same package and variable and atos is ready to give permanent wfh but in nagarro i will be align with zs associate account and wfh or wfo is not decided yet as everyone knows wlb is not good with zs associates. Tata Consultancy Hi fishies, I recently interviewed for a Big data dev role for Autodesk but it's via a third party called Applicantz. Initially the contract is for 1 year, which can be extended. There is also scope of Autodesk hiring permanently after 6 months or 1 year. Can anyone provide some reviews about Autodesk and third party Applicantz. Usually I would not have considered anything via a third party, but the company(Autodesk) seems great and work discussed seems good as well.

Sometimes in manger round he would asked you about current package n wats ur expectations..
If you are out of their budget they do this.. Most of time.. They try to find some one at cheap rate before they tell you know.
If discussion on salary had happened.. Jus send a mail that you are open to negotiate n can work according to ibm standards. Until u get offer letter.. N den you can ask counter..
If at all you feel not need you can just move on with next company.
