How much variable does KPMG India generally give every year? In my offer letter they have mentioned the target variable and maximum earning potential. Can I assume that on an average one can expect atleast the target variable?

A friend of mine recently got selected for R2R with Accenture. Since she has 1 yr of experience qs a graduate trainee, seems the HR asked her to delete her work experience in the employment form.
Do Accenture not count the experience of a graduate trainee? Please advise since I don't have much knowledge about this.
