I joined IBM around year ago.
i have 9 YOE and i was given band 7A saying its lead role.
However in project i was treated as team member l. Initially i was okay as i thought i will be familiar with environment and later will take more responsibility.
But then they gave me release after few months.
No hike also this year.
Future also seems unclear as i feel low self-esteem seeing collegues my experience earning well and having better roles.
I really think joining IBM was wrong decision.

My goal is to counsel clients (businesses or public figures) on how to respond to media inquiries without saying or posting something detrimental to a potential lawsuit while still maintaining communication with their client base. I work for a small firm. Other IP firms in our area pay significantly more ($40k+ base salary difference).

I bonus 2x/year (June/December). When I received my June bonus it was significantly less than my previous December bonus. I brought this up and was told they would recalculate. They didn't.

I again brought up my total compensation at the beginning of August. We agreed to delay the conversation until post-Labor Day. It's now October 1 and nothing, again, has been discussed.

I have 10 yoe in Mainframe. cctc-10L. I have below 2 offer:
infosys - 22.29L.
JPMorgan Chase - 27L, still negotiation going on (also have h1b visa if that matters in negotiation).
I am planning to join in JP Morgan. This is going to be my first company switch (working at onshore since last few years) so wanted to know below things:
1). Is 27L is good enough for 10 yoe resource ? I have seen people joining 24-25L at 4 yoe.
2). How is asset and wealth management (AWM)..? JP Morgan
